Beaches

The beaches of our 200 km long coast line have calm and shallow water which is safe for children.

Many of the beaches have jetties, and some of the beaches are disabled friendly with metal gratings that enable wheelchair users to go down to the beach.

According to the European Agency you find some of Europe's cleanest beaches in Denmark. In the Skive region the bathing water quality is checked through the season, and the Blue Flag has been awarded to three of the beaches.
